Each piece is carefully handcrafted in our workshop in Keltern near Pforzheim and is as unique as the impression itself.

Use the included impression kit to take your impression at home and return it to us; shipping within Germany is free. We turn it into a high-quality keepsake that accompanies you every day.

As a reminder of your dog or cat, a keepsake of a loved one or a special gift, an individual engraving with names, dates, numbers or symbols makes your keychain personal.

Handmade in Keltern near Pforzheim

After receiving your impression, we handcraft each keychain in our workshop in Keltern near Pforzheim, Germany's traditional city of gold and jewellery. Nose & Soul Jewelry draws on the experience and craftsmanship of Armbrust-Ruf Kettenfabrik, a company with more than 100 years of tradition in the jewellery industry. This combination of established craftsmanship, modern design and individual production makes every piece special. At Nose & Soul Jewelry, we do not mass-produce. We work with each impression individually and turn it into a personal keepsake with great care. The result is a piece of jewellery that preserves memories, tells stories and accompanies you every day.

Production, delivery and shipping

The planned total delivery time is up to 30 business days from ordering, including delivery of the impression kit and return of the impressions. Production takes 10–14 business days after we receive usable impressions. DHL transit time is additional: usually 1–4 business days within Germany or 2–8 business days to the rest of the EU. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please return usable impressions promptly. If the return is delayed, we will agree the revised delivery date with you.

Standard shipping within Germany is free, regardless of order value. To the rest of the EU, standard shipping costs €5.99 for orders up to and including €50.00 and €19.99 for orders from €50.01. The €17 express surcharge applies only to shipping the impression kit within Germany. It does not shorten jewellery production. The free return label for sending impressions to us is separate from returns of purchased goods under the cancellation policy. See our shipping page.
