A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as defined below, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Armbrust-Ruf GmbH Kettenfabrik / Brand: Nose & Soul Jewelry, Felix Wankel Strasse 11, 75210 Keltern, Germany, Tel.: +497236130711, E-Mail: info@noseandsoul.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
Alternatively, you can also declare your withdrawal via the self-service returns function in your customer account (if available).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of a member state of the European Union at the time of concluding the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

C. Return Conditions

For which products is a return possible?

You can return non-personalized, unworn/unopened items within 14 days of receipt as part of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are, in particular, individually manufactured/personalized jewelry pieces that are made based on your impression (animal nose/paw/finger/baby foot, etc.) or according to your specifications, with the exception of defective or damaged items.

Condition of the return

Please return complete, unworn, undamaged goods and – if possible – in their original packaging. A reduction in value may be charged if the goods have been used beyond a normal inspection.

How to return an item

1. Return/withdrawal by email to [email] (please state order number).
2. You will receive information about the return and the return address.
3. Return goods within 14 days.

Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise stated, we bear the direct costs of the return.

Refund

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount using the original payment method. We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods or until proof of shipment is provided.
