How does the "Impression Set as a Gift" work?

You can give an impression kit as a gift without pre-configuring the jewelry. This way, the recipient can later choose in the shop which jewelry they like best. Each impression kit gifted includes a suitable gift card with the respective order number - please provide this number during the subsequent configuration so that the impressions can be matched to the order. You will also find the corresponding code there, with which you can save €30 on your subsequent jewelry configuration.

Within what timeframe do I need to send the impressions back?

Whenever you want! This way, you can gift the impression kit flexibly. As soon as we have your impressions and the corresponding order, we will start making your piece of jewelry.

How long does production take after you've received the impressions?

Once your impression has arrived, we will craft your piece of jewelry in our Pforzheim goldsmith workshop.
Each piece is individually cast, ground, and polished – true craftsmanship for lasting memories.
We require at least 10-14 business days and will notify you as soon as your jewelry leaves our workshop.
