If you make multiple prints, send them all back to us - we will choose the best one.

You'll receive our impression kit directly at home. Taking the impression takes just a few minutes – quick, safe, and incredibly easy. Then simply send it back and we'll get to work. In no time at all, you'll be holding your personal keepsake – including a chain, case, and of course, you'll get your impressions back!

With great care and traditional craftsmanship, we create your unique piece from 925 sterling silver, 925 sterling silver gold-plated (18k), or gold in our own goldsmith's workshop. Every pendant tells its own story!

Where is the jewelry produced?

Each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and attention to detail in our goldsmith's workshop in Pforzheim. We work with high-quality precious metals and ensure sustainable production so that your jewelry, like your memories, lasts a lifetime.

What material is used?

Our jewelry is made from genuine precious metals like gold and silver! You can choose which of our precious metals you'd like your jewelry made from in our shop – if you have any special requests, just send us a message! We'll find a suitable solution to make your wish come true!

How does shipping work?

All shipping costs are included in the price! We ship our packages with DHL – this also applies to returns. A return label is already included in the set. If it is missing, you will find a QR code on the inside of the lid, which you can use to order a return label.

When will I receive the jewelry?

Once we receive your impressions, we'll begin crafting your piece of jewelry in our goldsmith's workshop! It takes an average of 10-14 days until you receive your personalized pendant.

Can I exchange the jewelry?

Your piece of jewelry will be individually handcrafted in our goldsmith's workshop and is therefore absolutely unique! Exchanges are therefore not possible.
