What is included: The base price is for one charm without a bracelet. You can add a charm bracelet in the configurator for an additional €15. Images with a bracelet or several charms show example configurations; the items supplied depend on your selection.

Impression charm in a natural or heart shape — your individual piece of jewellery

Keep your loved ones close to you. Our personalised impression charm captures a genuine impression as a unique piece of jewellery — whether an animal nose, paw, fingerprint or baby footprint. Each charm is made individually and is as distinctive as the impression it preserves.

The natural shape with its soft, organic contours gives the charm a timeless, balanced appearance, while the heart shape offers a softer, playful way to preserve your special memory. We carefully handcraft a personal keepsake in our workshop in Keltern near Pforzheim to accompany you every day.

A unique piece with personal meaning

No two impressions are alike. Each charm is therefore made individually from your original impression. As a reminder of your dog or cat, a keepsake of a loved one or a gift for a special occasion, your charm tells a personal story.

  5. We handcraft your personal charm.

Once we receive usable impressions, we make your personal keepsake within 10–14 business days, Monday to Friday. DHL transit time is additional: usually 1–4 business days within Germany or 2–8 business days to the rest of the EU. A presentation case is included. A bracelet chain is supplied only when you add it in the configurator.

For a double-sided impression, on the front and back, we need at least two impressions. If you take several, please send all of them to us — we will choose the most suitable impression for your jewellery.

After receiving your impression, we handcraft each charm in our workshop in Keltern near Pforzheim, Germany's traditional city of gold and jewellery. Nose & Soul Jewelry draws on the experience and craftsmanship of Armbrust-Ruf Kettenfabrik, a company with more than 100 years of tradition in the jewellery industry. This combination of established craftsmanship, modern design and individual production makes every piece special. Experience and attention to detail create a keepsake that combines high quality with skilled craftsmanship.

Production, delivery and shipping

The planned total delivery time is up to 30 business days from ordering, including delivery of the impression kit and return of the impressions. Production takes 10–14 business days after we receive usable impressions. DHL transit time is additional: usually 1–4 business days within Germany or 2–8 business days to the rest of the EU. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please return usable impressions promptly. If the return is delayed, we will agree the revised delivery date with you.

Standard shipping within Germany is free, regardless of order value. To the rest of the EU, standard shipping costs €5.99 for orders up to and including €50.00 and €19.99 for orders from €50.01. The €17 express surcharge applies only to shipping the impression kit within Germany. It does not shorten jewellery production. The free return label for sending impressions to us is separate from returns of purchased goods under the cancellation policy. See our shipping page.
