Creating your fingerprint jewellery is that simple
1. Select item of jewelry
Choose your desired shape, material, and personalization. After your order, we will send you the necessary impression kit.
2. Take a fingerprint
Use the finger with the clearest structure. Make sure it is dry and free of grease, then take several impressions using the enclosed impression material. Babies' and children's fingerprints may be too faint; you can use the creases of the palm or feet instead, gently pressing them together to create folds.
3. Submit impression
Send all completed impressions back to us. Within Germany, a free return label for the impressions is included or can be requested using the QR code inside the lid.
4. Receive a unique personalized item
We make your personalised jewellery within 10–14 business days after receiving usable impressions. DHL transit time is additional: usually 1–4 business days within Germany or 2–8 business days to the rest of the EU. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The planned total delivery time is up to 30 business days from ordering, including the impression kit and return of the impressions. Please return usable impressions promptly; if this is delayed, we will agree the resulting change to the delivery schedule with you.
After ordering, you receive our impression kit at home. Use the enclosed impression material to make several fingerprints, then return all impressions together with the order form.
Yes. Your jewellery is made directly from the original impression you send us. The fingerprint is not simply scanned or engraved on the surface by laser, so its individual lines and structures remain three-dimensional in the jewellery.
The impression does not need to be perfect. Small irregularities are part of a real fingerprint and make your jewellery personal. Take several impressions and send us all of them; our workshop will select the most suitable one.
You can order extra containers with impression material from our shop if you would like to make more impressions.
Fingerprints can be preserved on necklaces, individual pendants, bracelets or charms. Depending on the model, different shapes and precious metals are available.
Tip: The flatter and more even the impression, the easier it is to see the details.
On special request, we can make a pendant approximately twice the size to show a larger area or, where possible, the entire fingerprint.
Yes. Selected pieces of jewellery can combine two different fingerprints, for example those of partners, parents and children, or two special people.
